Aimed at companies involved in the storage and distribution of goods, this globally recognised Standard is designed to ensure best practice in the handling, storage and distribution of products and to promote continuous improvement in operating practices. It covers the storage and distribution of food, consumer goods and packaging and applies to all forms of transport. We are proud to display the BRCGS badge to let our customers know the efforts we make to ensure product safety and integrity through the supply chain.

The Fairtrade Foundation is an independent, non-profit organisation set up in 1992 by Christian Aid, Oxfam & Traidcraft. Licensing the use of the FAIRTRADE mark on products, it offers you the reassurance that a “fair” minimum price has been paid for the crop and ensures disadvantaged farmers and workers in developing countries get a better deal.

As part of Charles Saunders sustainability and carbon management programme we have been awarded The Carbon Footprint Standard which demonstrates our business emissions have been assessed to recognised international methodologies, enabling us to review our current green-house gas emissions and set targets to address climate change mitigation.
