To gain access to our Online Shop or App and place your order, please complete the short registration form below.

We are currently experiencing a very high volume of applications but are processing them all as quickly as possible.

Once your application is processed, you will receive an email from us containing your account number and initial password. You can change your password on your ‘My Account’ page once you have logged in.

You can use your login details to either visit our online shop or you can download our app for Apple and Android devices; just search for ‘Coldweb’ in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and use the activation code CSLAPP.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive confirmation of your order by email (please check your SPAM folder and whitelist us if necessary) and our team will contact you to arrange payment over the phone.
